Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detailoriented individuals to join our production team. As a Production Line Worker at our chicken processing facility you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production line machinery including cutting deboning and packaging equipment.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Inspect and sort chicken parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production including quantity and quality checks.
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including those related to health and safety.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality products.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift to weight pounds as needed.
