Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for managing highperforming teams and ensuring a secure scalable and efficient IT environment

Were looking for a Desktop and Server Manager to oversee the deployment maintenance and optimisation of our desktop server and infrastructure services. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive IT transformation while ensuring system reliability and toptier support for our organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Lead and mentor a technical team setting performance objectives and ensuring ongoing development.
  • Oversee desktop and endpoint management ensuring security compliance and optimal performance.
  • Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers including disaster recovery patch management and cloud migration.
  • Implement ITIL best practices for incident problem and change management.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues and collaborate with IT leadership on strategic initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in IT systems administration including team leadership or management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server Linux Active Directory virtualization (VMware/HyperV) and endpoint management tools.
  • Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects including server migrations and cloud adoption.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (advanced ITIL certifications preferred).
  • Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills.
