Job Description
Assembly Operator Manufacturing (FullTime Onsite Painesville OH 1st Shift)
Do you enjoy working with your hands and building things from the ground up A wellestablished manufacturing facility in Painesville Ohio is hiring Assembly Operators to join their growing production team. In this role youll help assemble precision products used in cuttingedge technology across various industries.
This is a fulltime onsite position working MondayFriday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and work instructions
Assemble terminate mold test and package cable assemblies and connectors
Use hand tools such as cutters strippers crimpers and screwdrivers
Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality standards
Follow all safety quality and ISO compliance processes
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Accurately record time and job information
Attend training sessions and team meetings
Perform other duties as needed
What Youll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings
Comfortable using basic hand tools
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic soldering skills are a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attendance reliability and safety awareness
