Job Title: Glazing Surveyor
Location: You will be covering an area across Kent Sussex parts of Cambridgeshire and parts of London. Living in or near the
Dartford area would be advantageous.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Glazing Surveyor who will be responsible for surveying windows and door installations with a high level
of accuracy and precision. You will work closely with clients ensuring their bespoke glazing projects are surveyed to the
highest standards. If you have experience in glazing surveying enjoy working independently and are a strong communicator
we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Surveying windows and doors for bespoke glazing installations including grand designsstyle houses with complex
details like bays gables angles and corner ends.
Measuring and recording precise measurements for installations.
Completing all necessary paperwork and submitting it to the office for processing.
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional service.
Arranging appointments with clients and managing your own schedule.
Ensuring all surveys are completed with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Covering an area across Kent Sussex parts of Cambridgeshire and parts of London.
Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of glazing surveying experience 3 years preferred).
Competent use of AutoCAD software is preferred.
Knowledge of current building regulations.
Experience surveying bespoke highend properties with unique features is advantageous.
Ability to measure and document jobs accurately.
Licenses/Certifications:
Full UK Driving License (required).
CSCS card (required).
Fenestration Surveying NVQ or similar qualification (preferred).
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
