Job Description & Summary

Training & Development
  • Design and deliver GRC training programs for employees at all levels including leadership technical teams and compliance personnel.
  • Develop learning materials including presentations elearning modules manuals and job aids that reflect the latest in GRC standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual and inperson workshops scenariobased simulations and case study discussions.
  • Customize content for various business functions (e.g. IT Finance HR Legal Operations).
Subject Matter Expertise
  • Serve as an internal expert on GRC frameworks such as ISO 31000 ISO 37301 COSO NIST and COBIT.
  • Advise on the development and maintenance of risk and compliance policies controls and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into training initiatives and actionable guidance.
  • Partner with compliance audit legal and business units to ensure alignment between regulatory needs and training content.
Program Oversight & Impact
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify compliance and risk knowledge gaps.
  • Define learning KPIs and measure training effectiveness through pre/post assessments feedback and audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the GRC learning strategy incorporating feedback and industry insights.
  • Contribute to enterprise risk culture initiatives by promoting awareness and accountability.
