ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Administrator youll provide administrative support to our sales team and process our sales orders. Youll have a positive cando attitude be meticulous with detail and be great with customers.
Ideally wed like this role based in our Wodonga office yet were also open to having this based in our Leeton or Wagga Wagga offices. This is a part time role 3 or 4 days per week with flexible hours available during business hours of 8.30am 5.00pm.
This role has become available due to an internal promotion so youll receive plenty of onthejob training from the previous occupant. This is an entry level role so prior experience in a sales administrator role isnt essential if youre eager to learn well be eager to teach you the skills!
Key responsibilities include:
Process purchase orders invoices credits returns and vendor rebates Create and follow up of sales jobs in our internal CRM system (JIM2 Provide a highlevel of service to our valued customers ensuring the client experience runs smoothly and problems are resolved efficiently Liaise with other teams to ensure jobs are updated and invoiced to the client in a timely manner Maintain and update our sales SharePoint site regularly ensuring our sales SharePoint site is fully optimised Ensure systems processes and frameworks are in place and that they are thoroughly documented consistently audited and regularly improved

You consider yourself pretty ITsavvy and can pickup new platforms and devices with ease. We use the systems Microsoft Office Salesforce (for client management) and Jim2 (for accounting). Whether you have prior experience using these systems or not if youre willing to learn well be willing to teach.
