Job Description
Reporting to the Technical Supervisor you will be providing all trade related tasks associated with the maintenance and repair of electronic devices in vehicles plant and equipment; and diagnose faults test and repair electronic devices.

- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7am 3:45pm and Fridays 7am 12pm early knock off for the weekend!
Could you be our next Electronics Technician
- Must be an Australian Citizen and elidable to obtain a defence clearance
- Recognised trade Certificate III in electrotechnology communications or in a similar electronics discipline
- Demonstrated ability to inspect diagnose repair and maintain electronics equipment such as radios optical instruments navigational aids laser range finding equipment electrooptical / electrohydraulic / electromechanical systems radar systems electronic vehicle control systems and electronic surveillance and detection systems
- Possess demonstrated competencies in the use of computer IT applications. MILIS SAP and Microsoft Office Suite are preferred
- Demonstrated ability and experience to maintain and repair and calibrate equipment (i.e. gauges binoculars compasses)
- Demonstrated ability and experience to maintain module level high frequency and very high frequency radio systems in the combat radio fleet to a medium level of repair using a repair facility
