Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field (e.g. higher education leadership and innovation instructional design online learning adult learning theory and education). Minimum 57 years of leadership experience in online education academic program development or adult learning. Proven ability to develop implement and assess online and hybrid academic programs. Experience leading operational teams implementing datainformed strategies managing budgets and financial planning and analysis. Deep understanding of best practices in online learning faculty development instructional design and technology integration. Strong commitment to diversity equity and inclusion with experience serving adult learners firstgeneration students and diverse student populations. Demonstrated collaboration communication and teambuilding skills with a track record of crossdepartmental and external engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in a relevant field. Experience with competencybased education micro credentials or alternative learning pathways. Knowledge of state authorization requirements accreditation processes and compliance regulations for distance education. Demonstrated success in securing grants funding or partnerships to support online and adult learning initiatives. Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to support student success and program performance.
