Looking for a general hematologist/oncologist who can provide all aspects of oncologic clinical care. To include hospital inpatient hematology/oncology consults with the support of 12 inpatient Hospital Coverage: MonSun 7am7am (supported by 12 oncology APPs MonFri) Facility Location: SJHMC 350 W Thomas Road Phoenix AZ 85013Setting: InpatientDuties: Inpatient Hospital Coverage: MonSun 7am7am (supported by 2 oncology APPs MonFri)On average of 1215 consults per week1 out of every 4 weeks hospital rotation Required Procedures: NoneEMR: Cerner and Ingenious Med (hospital billing system)Support Staff: Support by 12 oncology APPs MondayFridayReason for Coverage: did not discloseDeal breakers: N/ACredentialing Information:Timeframe: 45 days upon return from completed applicationRequirements: Best Western 620 N 6th StreetCredentialing with other facilities No only St. Josephs Hospital and Medical CenterBilling enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less No this will be for 1 year Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:Hospital volumes 1215 consults on average per weekFirst day info: New employee orientation; EMR/Hospital billing training first weekCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSACLSBLSBoard CertifiedBoard EligibleDEASTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSArizona
