Our global pharmaceutical client is currently leading an ERP implementation with SAP HANA. Our services are retained to engage top talent for Change Management Lead to spearhead Business Transformation (OCM) delivery mandates across diverse stakeholders. This is a great high visibility global impact role for those who want to grow in Organizational Change Management space.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Business Transformation delivery practice by change management tools training awareness competency building stakeholder engagement
- Assess track report and support change management competencies across the company and deliver relevant training execute change interventions and tactics
- Ensure alignment in processes and resources for several large digital transformation projects the company is currently undergoing
Requirements
Must haves:
- Hybrid office model: must come to the office 2 to 3 times a week
- Implementation of any tech stackworking in a project aimed at transformation
- Familiarity with manufacturing/productoriented industry (nuances with frontline operations/sales stakeholders)
- Experience in distilling and analyzing change impacts from process system behavior changes
- Involved with stakeholder mapping and analysis
- Excel & Powerpoint
- Refined stakeholder management and clientfacing skills (executives leadership and management)
Nice to haves:
- Pharma experience
- ERP experience (Order to Cash Source to Pay or any endtoend process)
- SAP ECC or S4/HANA end user or implementation
- SAP EnableNow familiarity
- Nudges and Behavior Science application into Communication and Training content
- Proficiency in Dayinthelifeof 9DILO) and/or learning tech ie. Camtasia/Captivate/Rise Articulate
