As a Cloud Software Engineer youll be handson in the full software development lifecycledesigning developing optimizing and sustaining innovative cloud capabilities that are built to scale. Youll help us accelerate our products capabilities ensuring they are highperforming efficient and cuttingedge!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing innovative new features for cloudnative products.

• Testing optimizing and finetuning performance to meet the highest standards.

• Supporting agile development processes collaborating with a brilliant team of engineers.

• Managing AWS Cloud Infrastructure and utilizing AWS services to their full potential.

• Automating infrastructure and deployments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Contributing to continuous integration deployment and testing practices that drive efficiency and quality.

What Were Looking for:

• Strong proficiency in AWS SDKs and APIs.

• Expertise in designing scalable efficient AWS Cloud Architecture.

• Handson experience with AWS Cloud serverless architecture and cloud application deployment.

• A deep understanding of AWS services and how to leverage them to drive innovation.

• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Skilled in CI/CD testing and monitoring best practices.

• Java programming expertise for distributed systems with a solid grasp of networking and multithreading.

• Agile development experience with a passion for using modern source code management tools.

• A solid foundation in Linux and scripting languages like Python.

• Familiarity with Typescript and Angular applications.

• Experience with GitLab for version control and collaboration.

Position Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI securityclearance with a current polygraph is required
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in a related technical field is required.
• A Masters degree in a Technical Field will be considered equivalent to two 2 additional years of experience.
• At least eight 8 years of experience in software development/engineering including requirements analysis software development installation integration evaluation enhancement maintenance testing and problem diagnosis/resolution.
• At least six 6 years of experience developing software with high level languages such as Java C C .
• At least five 5 years of experience developing software for UNIX/Linux Redhat versions 35 operating systems.
• At least three 3 years of experience in software integration and software testing to include developing and implementing test plans and test scripts.
• One of the following certifications are required:
  • AWS Certified Developer Associate
  • AWS DevOps Engineer Professional
  • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
