Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
Assist in various office tasks including answering calls entering orders and supporting general administrative functions.
Learn and assist with Accounts Payable Receivables and Inventory Control.
Take initiative and contribute to the growth of the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as aCustomer Service Representative.
Fluent inEnglish and Spanish.
Familiarity with general office tasks and systems.
Open to learning new responsibilities and growing within the company.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
No jobhoppinglooking for longterm commitment.
Light industrial experience is preferred.
