Job Description
**REQUIRED: Oregon Administrator License**Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Assistant Executive Director is to assist in directing the daytoday functions of the community under the supervision of the Executive Director while demonstrating the Principles and Core Values that MBK embraces. The AED is a handson training position that prepares this Team Member to assume full responsibility for the overall management and direction of the daytoday operations of the community in accordance with all Federal State local and Licensing Regulations and all Company Policies and Procedures. Additionally this role will oversee and administer community accounting systems and human resource functions confidentially and in accordance with policies procedures and regulations.
