About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6900 students and employs 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 14 two middle schools for grades 58 and one high school for grades 912.

Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated and experiencedCheerCoaches to lead and develop our STMA Community EducationCheerprogram.

  • Ability to coach competitivecheerteams ranging from the elementaryvarsity level.
  • Design and coordinate practices coordinate competitions assess skill level of athletes and choreograph their teams routine.
  • Be able to teach Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Stunting Skills
  • Be able to teach/spot beginner/intermediate tumbling skills
  • Create a positive team environment of respect communicate with parents and athletes effectively and be a positive role model

Season:April 21 2025 through January 31 2026

Schedule: Times vary based on team 12 days a week between the hours of 4 and 9:30pm.

Salary and Benefits: $700 $6610 per season depending on level

This is a nonbenefited position. STMA Schools abid by all Earned Safe and Sick Time laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience coaching or participation in cheerleading.

Completion of or complete the USACheerSafety & Risk Management Course
