Pay Rate: $9.00 per hour
Job Description:
This position assists the technical coordinators with providing technical and logistical support for a range of special events on campus. Prepares and checks event spaces to ensure that setups have been completed correctly. Must be able to lifts/carries/pushes/pull at least 50lbs is able to be on their feet for long periods of time and have a basic understanding of PA systems Video switchers and presentation software including PowerPoint Pro Presenter Zoom Teams etc. Must also have a drivers license with a minimum 3 year driving record. Minimum 15 hours per week.
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
