Your future duties and responsibilities:

Skills: Deep understanding of Performance Testing frameworks. Hands on scripting and executing HP Load runner.
Have strong skills in understanding the performance spikes and find root cause for the problems.
Know to differentiate false positives and actual errors.
Define SLAs and metrics
Able to manage existing application scripts
Should be able to run Load test / Stress test on UI API application.
