What Youll Be Doing:

Youll be right in the action working next to the furnace melting pouring and forming aluminum sows to spec. Dont worry well train you and set you up with the right gear (hello shiny pants). Youll keep things running smooth stay safe and be a key part of the production crew.

• Review the shifts game plan and get your furnace ready to roll
• Monitor furnace conditions to ensure highquality production
• Assist with pouring operations crucible management and preheating
• Work up top managing s buckets and materials
• Stay sharp on potential hazards and follow safety procedures like a pro
• Keep tools and equipment clean and in good condition
• Complete production paperwork and follow standard work instructions
• Work closely with your Foreman/Lead to stay on track and meet production goals

Who Were Looking For:

• No experience required well teach you everything you need to know
• Youre 18 or older reliable and ready to work in a warm (okay hot) environment
• Physically capable of working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around heat heavy machinery and molten metal
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
• High School Diploma preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Forklift experience or willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Previous experience in a physical handson role (manufacturing or trades experience a plus)
• Forklift Experience If youve got forklift skills great! If not well get you up to speed.
