The DoverSherborn Public Schools are seeking a LongTerm Substitute Occupational Therapist to support children staff and families at the elementary and high school levels beginning Monday August 25 2025 and ending on October 31 2025. The role would be a 1.0 position to support students in grades K12. Potential Flexibility Around PartTime or FullTimeThe certified Occupational Therapist provides quality schoolbased occupational therapy services which include but are not limited to assessment and evaluation intervention and treatment IEP planning and implementation discharge planning related documentation and communication between teachers paraprofessionals related service providers and families. Job Responsibilities:Develop strengthbased child and familycentered IEPs/504 assessments analyze results and write evaluations of mobility muscle tone and orthopedic in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with all accurate records progress notes and service families on therapy techniques for home with families teachers and highexpectation inclusive instructional practices tailored to diverse accessible engaging lessons with clear active family involvement in school and on and improve professional practice through data analysis and district is committed to strengthening opportunities for diversity equity and inclusion.
