Job Description:
- Provide customer support
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries
- Excellent communication skills in English(verbal and written)
- Good customer handling skills
- Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Intermediates Graduates and Postgraduates
- Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off
- 2way cab facility provided
We are looking for a dedicated and customeroriented individual to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand customer issues resolve miscellaneous queries and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone (voice process).
- Effectively understand and resolve a variety of customer issues and queries.
- Demonstrate superior communication skills to assist customers with inquiries.
- Manage customer concerns in a professional and timely manner ensuring satisfaction.
- Work in a teamoriented environment collaborating with colleagues to achieve department goals.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with working in rotational shifts and voice process.
