MISSION
As an EShop Specialist you will manage and develop our international ecommerce platforms (Shopify & WooCommerce) ensuring their performance stability and scalability. You will serve as the technical point of contact for internal stakeholders handle configurations and integrations and contribute to strategic digital growth in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
You will report to the Head of Digital and play a key role in supporting EMSs digital acceleration globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ECommerce Platform Management
- Ensure smooth daytoday operations of the Shopifybased EMS eshops and WooCommerce platforms including performance updates and overall maintenance.
- Manage product catalogs including creation updates pricing categorization and product merchandising.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all product launches campaigns and seasonal activities are accurately reflected online.
Technical Coordination & Troubleshooting
- Serve as the main point of contact for all technical aspects related to the eshops.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to payment gateways shipping integrations checkout flows and thirdparty apps.
- Liaise with developers IT or external agencies when advanced technical support or custom development is needed.
User Experience & Functional Improvements
- Optimize user journey and customer experience across the platforms including navigation search functionality and mobile responsiveness.
- Identify areas for enhancement and propose new features plugins or design adjustments to improve usability and performance.
- Implement and test updates or new tools while ensuring stability and alignment with brand guidelines.
Reporting Analysis & Documentation
- Monitor and report on key ecommerce KPIs such as sales trends traffic conversion rates and abandoned cart behavior.
- Conduct analysis using platforms such as Google Analytics or builtin ecommerce dashboards to identify insights and support decisionmaking.
- Maintain detailed documentation of platform structure processes and key configurations.
Internal Collaboration & CrossFunctional Support
- Collaborate with Marketing to align ecommerce activities with broader digital campaigns and product communication.
- Work closely with Logistics Customer Service and Finance to streamline order processing returns payments and invoicing flows.
- Support the international deployment of eshops considering language currency tax and legal variations.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Bachelors degree in IT Ecommerce Computer Science or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Shopify (WooCommerce experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS APIs SEO basics and thirdparty integrations.
- Analytical mindset and strong problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are an asset.
- Experience in international ecommerce environments is a plus.
