This role is about more than just managing projectsits about partnering with clients to drive strategic business transformation. By designing and implementing digital initiatives youll play a key role in reshaping businesses while making a real positive impact on peoples lives. To succeed youll need strong project and account management expertise the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships and a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities while positioning the agency as a trusted partner.
Youll serve as the bridge between clients internal teams and business stakeholders ensuring seamless of digital initiatives while driving growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute digital transformation strategies optimizing processes and enhancing customer experiences.
- Lead organizational change management helping businesses adopt digital tools and workflows.
- Act as a strategic advisor aligning digital solutions with client business goals.
- Develop and nurture longterm client relationships driving satisfaction and business growth.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients businesses processes and challenges to ensure project success.
- Oversee endtoend digital transformation projects ensuring ontime highquality delivery.
- Define project scope objectives timelines and resource allocation managing risks and dependencies.
- Lead crossfunctional teams to execute digital initiatives efficiently.
- Leverage strong organizational skills to manage client relationships and consulting engagements.
- Prepare and present research findings workshop summaries and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Apply design thinking sprintbased strategy planning and prototyping best practices.
- Research trends and innovations to validate strategic hypotheses.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI automation customer experience and datadriven marketing.
- Ensure quality control reviewing deliverables before client presentations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture ensuring alignment with the companys vision and values.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and beyond.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals.
Requirements:
- 56 years of experience in Experience Design Strategy and Digital Transformation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Handson experience in user research and usability testing techniques.
- Deep knowledge of service design and design thinking principles.
- Experience working with lean methodology.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Project Managers Designers Art Directors and Developers.
- Datadriven decisionmaking approach.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement a Design Strategy.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand project scope.
- Exceptional communication storytelling and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
