Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Influence Transformation Initiatives: Take charge of driving transformation across the insurance business leading projects that directly align with and support the companys longterm strategic goals.
Identify and Drive Process Improvement: Conduct indepth analyses of existing processes systems and products identifying areas ripe for improvement. Your insights will directly influence the modernization of our operations.
Collaborate Across Functions: Work handinhand with diverse crossfunctional teamsspanning operations IT risk management and product managementto ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives.
Champion Digitalization and Automation: Spearhead the implementation of cuttingedge digital tools automation and process optimization ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Constantly monitor market shifts emerging technologies and regulatory changes to ensure that our transformation efforts are always in sync with industry developments and compliance requirements.
Drive a Culture of Innovation: As a true change ambassador you will promote a culture of innovation encouraging the organization to adopt new ways of working challenge the status quo and push boundaries.
Report to Senior Leadership: Keep stakeholders and senior leaders informed by regularly reporting on project progress risk assessments and the overall impact of transformation initiatives on business goals.
Your Profile:
Experience: You bring a minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance business transformation or project management with a proven track record of successfully leading impactful transformation initiatives.
Industry Expertise: Your deep knowledge of various insurance productswhether life nonlife health or reinsurancegives you the expertise to drive change within complex business environments.
Transformation Leadership: Youve successfully led digitalization projects operational improvements or largescale transformation initiatives that have delivered measurable results.
Analytical and Strategic: Your ability to analyze data identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies will allow you to effectively drive change and improve business outcomes.
Entrepreneurial and Proactive: You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit a passion for driving change and a proactive mindset that will enable you to seize opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Communication Skills: Your exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills allow you to build strong relationships manage expectations and influence key decisionmakers at all levels of the organization.
Language Skills: Fluency in French or Dutch is required and proficiency in English will be a plus enabling you to collaborate effectively in a diverse and global environment.
