Job Description:
- YMCA Lifeguards must maintain a safe and neat pool environment for all aquatics participants.
- Follow and enforce all pool/facility rules and regulations.
- Be able to lead others and communicate effectively with people of all ages.
- Must demonstrate swimming ability and be able to commit to a full week of training individually or in groups
- Applicants will be required to pass reference checks a criminal history background check sex offender check and preemployment drug screen.
All applicants must be Federal Work Study (FWS) Eligible.
- Provide support and assistance in a respective area of community service
- Assist with various projects activities or tasks related to community service
- Provide excellent customer service to constituents
- Utilize available resources to perform duties accordingly
- Serve to enhance outreach for the greater Waco community
- Must be federal work study eligible
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
