Responsibilities

  • Description

    The Education Impact team assesses how students develop critical thinking creativity and a love of learning. Their work focuses on increasing learned effectiveness and problem solving.

    Your daytoday job will consist of:

    • Act as a clientfacing subject matter expert for a solution area and assist with client product awareness understanding and adoption
    • Serve as an adoption advisor to clients who need additional product support during their client journey
    • Meets with key client stakeholders identified by teammates to consult on adopting and using the implemented software. This consultation may involve sharing productspecific best practices aligning district goals to product solution usage and identifying and mitigating risk.
    • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to help develop and track annual goals in alignment with the school/district mission vision and strategic plan.
    • Fulfill requests submitted by the account team for assistance with clients in their assigned territory.
    • Upon request share reports and other data analysis to inform a client of their continued progress against high level goals.
    • Work crossfunctionally to recognize areas of risk and identify solutions to optimize outcomes for customer retention.
    • Support the CSM on escalations that may require productspecific knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Upon request engage with identified client to provide recommendations for optional product usage
    • Work across the Success team to support any customer meeting and/or review that requires product knowledge expertise for the discussion
    • Serve as an internal consultant to other projects functions related to solutions where EIC has expertise.
    • As needed consult on PowerSchool implementation engagements post golive to ensure client has access to ongoing resources to drive usage and adoption
    • Facilitate EICled user group webinars and act as product expert to guide webinar attendees to successfully learn about product releases roadmap seasonal productspecific topics and solution area best practices.
    • All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 23 years of educational technology experience with proven ability to share best practices and strategies for driving adoption and usage of educational solutions.
  • 23 years of related experience with proven ability to help lead a multidisciplinary team project operations and cultivate business development opportunities.
  • Experience with the PowerSchool SchoolMessenger platform required
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and confidently lead with credibility.
  • Flexible selfstarter possessing intellectual curiosity.
  • Creative problemsolving ability and a consultancy mindset.
  • Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level.
  • Able to follow critically evaluate and improve upon current processes.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Excellent research and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results.
  • Expert in MS Office Suite particularly PowerPoint Excel and Word.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $58700 $79400 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicants skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures degrees and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
