Job Description
Introduction
Our client in the Print/ Labels industry requires a dynamic CSR to join their team that has relevant industry experience and can work under pressure. Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification and at least 3 years in a similar role is required. Own reliable transport is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating quotes and supporting external sales in achieving sales targets
- Managing purchase orders from receipt to delivery including SLA agreed turnaround times
- Customer feedback on orders and dealing with returns and complaints
- Liaising with production regards orders
- Stock management (back orders aged stock)
- Sales forecasts (weekly and monthly)
- Preparation for sales reports
