Minimum Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification (Must)
- 10 years of Project Management Experience for largescale Enterprise Implementations
- 8 years of Experience in State of Texas or Similar Federal/State Project Management Experience
- 8 years of Experience in Project Management /Systems Analyst Experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects
- Experience in managing projects in a multivendor environment.
- Experience with project management life cycle and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience using Microsoft Project Word Excel Visio PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Preferred:
- 5 years of State of Texas Project Delivery Framework Experience
- 5 years of Experience with Low Code/No Code Solutions
- 3 years of Experience with Texas Statewide Systems
- 3 years of Experience in State of Texas QAT Process for Major Information Resources Project (MIRP)
Specific Skills:
- Project planning and
- Risk and issue management
- Resource and stakeholder coordination
- MS Office Suite (Project Word Excel Visio PowerPoint SharePoint)
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Medicaid enterprise systems
