Credit Analyst Opportunities

Were growing our Credit Analyst team in London Frankfurt and Berlin. Whether youre a seasoned professional or just starting your credit analysis journey we have opportunities for you to grow and succeed.
Heres what youll be doing:
Making crucial decisions: Youll be assessing credit applications using your expertise our cuttingedge technology and a wealth of data to make fast fair and accurate lending decisions.
Taking ownership: Youll have the autonomy to make your own calls with increasing responsibility as you deepen your understanding of our systems and processes.
Collaborating: Youll work alongside our experienced credit teams supporting colleagues on complex cases and contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Driving innovation: Youll partner with our analytics teams to continuously refine our lending strategies ensuring our approach remains datadriven and bestinclass.
What were looking for:
We look for people that are smart humble motivated and who are always looking to improve. Ideally youll have:
Relevant experience: Experience in commercial loan underwriting credit sanctioning or credit analysis within the SME sector and ideally in the UK or Germany.
A keen business mind: A strong understanding of the factors that drive business success and the risks associated with lending.
Financial acumen: The ability to analyze financial statements with confidence and interpret them effectively.
A proactive mindset: You thrive in a fastpaced environment are adaptable and always looking for ways to improve.
Excellent communication skills: You can articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely both written and verbally and build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
You must have C1/C2 German language skills to be considered for this role.
Whilst we welcome applications from all qualified candidates please note that this particular position does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK or Germany independently.
