Customer Service Representative
Company Overview: Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with Volusia County Schools.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative position will have a professional presentation and pleasant demeanor and a minimum of 2 years working in a highvolume call environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Taking payments
Explaining bills
Answering questions
Multitasking while on the phone
Job Requirements:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
4060 WPM typing speed
The candidate should also establish and maintain an effective working relationship with coworker and represent the company professionally with a positive outlook.
