Lowell Catholic seeks out a talented and dedicated facilities associate. In this role the employee is responsible to perform routine maintenance tasks around campus that include painting carpet cleaning changing lights light carpentry light plumbing trash removal and repairing equipment including: blinds classroom furniture sports equipment etc. This employee will work with teachers administration students and vendors daily and should demonstrate professionalism and good communication skills. The employee will help with maintenance logs and general inspections. This role includes working in all types of weather and outdoor tasks such as: mowing leaf clean up trimming shrubs applying ice melt snow removal cleaning outdoor play structures etc. This role will also include occasionally cleaning bathrooms vacuuming sweeping dusting and cleaning up spills from children and helping with our bus transportation. There are many school events and this employee will work with the faculty and staff to set up and break down the school wide events.
