Job Description
We are looking for a cleaning professional who is also skilled in handiwork
Responsibilities and Duties
- Clean all work areas customer areas bathrooms hallways & stairwell and break rooms in dealership including dusting and/or sanitizing all surfaces mopping floors vacuuming cleaning glass on frequently used doors as applicable.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles inside and outside
- Remove debris from lots
- Restock supplies (soap toilet paper paper towels coffee cups etc. as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning equipment including washing rags and mop heads when needed
- Maintain adequate supply of cleaning products by notifying accounting clerk of need to reorder supplies prior to depleting supply needed for daily operations.
- Light electrical maintenance including replacement of light bulbs and ballasts as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Willing to discuss schedule
Pay based on experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum one year custodial or janitorial experience required.
One to two years experience janitorial duties at a business location with a high volume of customers using public areas preferred not required.
