An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join the Babraham Institutes busy Human Resources (HR) Payroll Learning & development (L&D) and Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team. The post holder will work as a true generalist with multifaceted responsibilities and project work spanning across the whole spectrum of HR L&D and EDI objectives.
Reporting to the Deputy HR Director as a key member of the team the post holder will work closely with HR colleagues on the delivery of key strategic projects as well as provide professional generalist HR advice guidance and support to Institute managers and staff particularly for their designated client groups.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in providing generalist HR advice and guidance the design and delivery of training and knowledge of UK Immigration visa requirements.
We are looking for an individual who holds a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
