PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Perform general maintenance and minor repair of building structures and their mechanical electrical and plumbing systems throughout the campus. Assist with maintenance of grounds. To help maintain the physical school plans in the condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Clear driving record required
Valid Texas drivers Class C license required
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Must be familiar with chainlink fencing metal cover walkway and playground equipment installation
Must be familiar with concrete work
Experience:
Three 3 years of experience in related field preferred

Pay Date: Monthly
Hourly Pay Range:
Minimum: $13.50
Midpoint: $16.16
Maximum: $18.82
Note:Starting pay for a new hire in a pay range plan will be determined individually based on each persons jobrelated experience and salaries paid to peer employees in the same position with similar experience.
