The Instructional Aid will assist in the implementation of lesson plans facilitate small group instruction and provide support for students with diverse needs. This position requires a strong commitment to helping students succeed in a medicalfocused academic environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide oneonone instructional reinforcement (tutoring) when scheduled outside of regular classroom with classroom management including organizing instructional instructional assistance in computer labs or technologybased learning instructional support in other specialized translation and language assistance when the instructional staff under the supervision of a highly qualified learning as a mentor during the daily get What I Need (WIN) Time supporting students academic and personal growth.Qualifications:High school diploma or of good character and demonstrate a strong work of a Teacher Assistant PreEmployment Training Program approved by the Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) or meet one of their stated exceptions on their of Rhode Island Criminal Background Check Prior experience working with middle or high school students is interpersonal and communication to work collaboratively with learning facilitators students and families.A passion for education and helping students achieve their full to maintain a positive patient and supportive demeanor.Additional Information:This position reports to the Principal and instructional commensurate with letters of recommendation required.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit a resume and three letters of recommendation to Be the next generation of doctors and medical scientists.
