We have anopportunity for a corporate/M&A lawyer to join our growingCorporate & Commercial section in Sydney working with highlyregarded partners.
This is afantastic handson corporate & commercial role withsignificant learning development and progression opportunitiesand the opportunity to work with interesting clients. Aboutyou
You willideally have the following knowledge skills andexperience:
- between 3 and 5 years of post admission experience gained in a corporate & commercial practice;
- experience advising on key matters relating to corporate/M&A including due diligence drafting & negotiating acquisition documents and regulatory approvals including FIRB;
- experience with corporate restructuring and corporate governance;
- some experience of licensing and general contracting arrangements;
- highly developed legal and research skills;
- experience with a toptier international or large national firm preferred; and
- inquisitive commercial results oriented and clientfocussed with a decent sense of humour.
