Our Client is a leading manufacturer serving the medical automotive appliances electrical business equipment and telecommunications space. Due to continued growth they are in need of a strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all facets of HR for their 400 employee Dayton OH headquarters. The ideal candidate will be strong with Employee Benefits and Recognition programs and will contribute to their great company culture.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or higher SPHR preferred or other certifications preferred.
5 years of Human Resources or Talent Management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role.
Strong with Employee Benefits.
Experience in a Warehouse Distribution or Manufacturing environment preferred.
