Job Description

Overview:
Daisy is a national smart space installation and services company that simplifies smart home and office technology to make it work optimally solving one of the biggest inhome problems today and bringing more joy into the lives of our clients.

Daisy is transforming how homeowners experience and maintain smart home technology by offering quarterly checkin services designed to assess satisfaction address issues and recommend new solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development launch and optimization of this ongoing service. Reporting to the CEO this product leader will need to navigate the complexities of operations marketing and technology to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the vision for Daisys quarterly home technology service ensuring it aligns with customer needs and company goals.
  • Operational Rollout: Plan and execute service rollouts across multiple branches and regions collaborating with operations teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Customer Experience: Develop tools and initiatives to understand and enhance customer satisfaction including surveys feedback loops and performance analytics.
  • App Development: Lead the design and launch of a customerfacing app to facilitate communication between clients and technology teams allowing customers to share feedback request services and explore new home technology offerings.
  • CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead and coordinate a remote crossfunctional team across the country including operations sales marketing and technical support.
  • DataDriven Insights: Use data to identify trends measure service effectiveness and inform decisions on product enhancements.
  • Marketing & Engagement: Develop creative strategies to excite and engage customers about the service including personalized communications loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
  • Sales Integration: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and present new home technology opportunities to clients.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager Program Manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong background in operations management preferably with experience in multilocation service rollouts.
  • Experience in marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead remote crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with smart home technology or related consumer technology products is a plus.
  • Track record of successfully launching and scaling products or services.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate to meet customer needs.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Operations or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing customerfacing digital products (e.g. mobile apps).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Passion for smart home technology and innovation.
