About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law Graduate or JuniorLawyer to join the newly established Building & Constructionteam in our Brisbane office.
We act for principals builders contractors consultantssubcontractors and suppliers across the entire life cycle of largeconstruction projects throughout Australia.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assist in drafting contracts correspondence and legal documents
- Participate in client meetings and support project delivery
- Support lawyers in case preparation including evidence collation and document management in litigation
- Summarising records
- Legal research
- General administrative duties
You will receive mentoring from experienced construction lawyersand gain exposure to diverse front end and back end legalmatters.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be Law Graduate who iscurrently undertaking or about to undertake their practical legaltraining or a Junior Lawyer with 1 2 years PAEpreferably in a construction firm.
