What will you be doing
This hybrid role located in Stamford CT is a unique opportunity to join a highperforming team and leverage data analytics and insights to inform growth strategy and address other critical business issues for a dynamic and successful company. We seek candidates with previous market research consumer packaged goods (CPG) or marketing services experience along with a keen interest in slicing and dicing data to reveal actionable insights into consumers shoppers retailers and inmarket performance. Must have strong analysis storytelling and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to independently conceive manage and deliver factbased analyses which provide clients with fresh actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Adept at quickly recognizing and understanding client needs and desired outcomes; comfortable asking discovery and scoping questions when needed.
- Instinctive ability to envision mutually beneficial outcomes and proactively conceive analysis project plans and structure client deliverables.
- Skillfully applies different data sets and metrics to address issues leading to clear factbased responses to client needs.
- Ability to help teammates improve their deliverables and contribute to the teams thought leadership output.
Impactful Presence: Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills; present a professional image.
- Gain the trust of clients Circana crossfunctional partners and other stakeholders and be perceived as a domain expert and valued business partner.
- Intellectually curious and aware of industry trends and how they may impact clients consumers shoppers and competitors.
- Able to educate clients on analytic methods shape their thinking and influence the decisions they make.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to communication; adapt messages quickly to the appropriate level or function with poise and polish
Strategic Impact: Understands key client issues/needs and produces strong compelling business analyses with wellsupported findings and actionable insights for highvalue outcomes.
Requirements
- 13 years of progressive relevant experience in marketing sales insights or related functions with a ConsumerPackaged Goods (CPG) Research or Marketing Services company.
- Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions such as Nielsen is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use and integrate multiple data sources to address client business issues with datadriven findings and implications.
- Prior experience partnering successfully with crossfunctional teams to achieve intended business outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in a related field

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is 56000 to 75000.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive/commissions/equity pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
