Job Description
Our Direct Mortgage team are looking for a qualified Mortgage Adviser to assist The Society with its direct mortgage aspirations and customer journeys.
You will have the opportunity to help customers finance their dream homes or investment opportunities whilst building lasting relationships assisting customers throughout the life of their mortgage. You could be in a similar role already or looking to take your financial career on to the next stage.
This role will allow you to utilise your passion for customer service along with your excellent attention to detail to deliver positive outcomes through a robust advice process. By managing your time effectively you will be able thrive in a busy fastpaced environment whilst maintaining compliance and competency standards at all times. Customer First is the approach you will adopt and this will be evident through your interactions with team members behaviours in meetings and communications to our customers.

Salary and working hours
Starting salary from 32000.00 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:45am 5:00pm 36.25 hours per week)
Hybrid working a minimum of 1 day per week from our Head Office (Cambridge)
