Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with knowledge of and ability to interpret Texas Vital Statistics laws policies procedures and regulations.
- 8 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Visio)
- 8 years of experience with business analysis methodologies.
- 8 years of experience analyzing and evaluating complex IT applications policies and issues.
- 8 years of experience in effective verbal and written communication with individuals and groups.
- 8 years of experience using initiative and independent judgment and managing time effectively to establish priorities and organize tasks.
- 8 years of experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships working under pressure negotiating and resolving conflicts.
- 8 years of experience reading interpreting and understanding materials to prepare concise reports or appropriate responses.
- 8 years of experience gathering organizing and analyzing facts to recommend solutions and resolve workrelated problems.
- 8 years of experience producing accurate work estimates and monitoring progress.
- 8 years of experience communicating clearly and effectively on the telephone and in person.
- 8 years of experience reading cursive handwriting.
Specific Skills:
- Strong technical writing & documentation
- Knowledge of Texas Vital Statistics laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Project Visio)
- Business analysis skills
- Experience creating SOPs user guides training materials
- Strong communication & problemsolving
- Ability to read cursive handwriting
