Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working proactively and reactively with various teams to implement solutions and improve processes.
- 5 years of coordination and collaboration with IT support development and operations teams to gather technical information and expertise.
- 5 years of experience planning and accomplishing goals using limited prior experience and sound judgment.
- 5 years of demonstrated creativity outofthebox thinking and flexibility in problemsolving.
- 5 years of working under limited supervision with strong initiative and independent judgment.
Preferred:
- 4 Years of Understanding business objectives conducting cost/benefit analysis for alternative solutions.
- 4 Years of Strong knowledge of problem management principles and methodologies.
- 4 Years of Experience preventing recurring incidents via root cause analysis.
- 4 Years of Handson with RCA techniques: 5Whys Fishbone FTA FMEA Pareto charts etc.
- 4 Years of Skilled in identifying investigating and categorizing problems.
- 4 Years of Capable of developing and implementing both temporary and permanent solutions.
- 4 Years of Ensuring resolution within SLAs and properly closing documented problems.
- 4 Years of Effective communication with stakeholders on problem status and solutions.
- 4 Years of Focus on continuous improvement of problem management processes.
- 4 Years of Familiar with standard field concepts and practices.
- 2 Years of Strong understanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to enable effective data analysis and decisionmaking.
- 1 Year of Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
- 1 Year of ITIL Certification preferred.
- 1 Year of Certification in Azure Data Factory (ADF) preferred.
Specific Skills:
- Strong collaboration with IT dev and ops teams.
- Experience in Problem Management and RCA methods 5 Whys Fishbone FTA FMEA etc..
- Creative thinking and independent judgment.
- ETL knowledge for data handling.
- Clear communication with stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement of processes.
- (Preferred) ITIL & Azure Data Factory certifications.
