Westland Insurance Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity foraTrainee Insurance AdvisorinChemainus BC at ourOak Streetbranch. Do you love to provide exceptional client service If so you will love working for Westland! We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on growing their career in insurance.
Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $20.41 on a 37.5hour work week with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position. Licensing is typically achieved within 3 months from the date of hire but is dependent on individual achievement.
Westland provides support to all Trainees as they work to obtain their licensing. As a Trainee you will:
- Have your licensing costs covered by Westland
- Be provided with a training plan to ensure youre fully supported throughout the sixweek training period and beyond

As aTrainee Insurance Advisoryoure empowered to develop your career in insurance by learning how to promote and educate clients on Insurance products. Youll also practice anticipating and interpreting client needs as well as completing various insurance transactions.
