Job Description
The incumbent will support programs and would work closely with the Program Lead or Senior Project Manager. She/he will be accountable for drafting strategies content development reviewing progress and reporting internally all program communications data management and program reporting. The incumbent can be placed at any of our project locations.
She/he will also be responsible for:
- Support the Program Lead for program activities and progress documentation
- Contribute to Business Development initiatives for program design across multiple thematic areas
- Support Practice Lead in Donor / Client facing support functions
- Support Finance Human Resource (HR) and other support function in program
The key responsibilities for the PMA Analyst:
- Support Program Lead/senior project managers for business and program development through content development outreach and donor pitch decks data quality assessments and program data & progress reports
- Build highquality program proposals / reports for donors key stakeholders like Third Party Agencies TechnoServes US Head Quarters and Program teams
- Develop scalable models for women led enterprises model using SSE guidelines
- Responsible for submission of Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) Annual Reports (ARs) and other Periodic Reports as per program/donor requirements
- extensively engage with the program teams based in different locations to ensure timely and high quality update of MIS and relevant MoVs for program components
- Coordinate with Monitoring and Evaluation team for development and management of Guar value chain and repository for program tracking of deliverables
- engage with the Monitoring and evaluation team to support program research support MEL impact studies and analysis
- To create an ESG based monitoring framework
- To interpret data analyse results using statistical techniques
- To colead the field surveys and impact assessment activities and guide project interns in field engagement.
- Work with TechnoServe Fellows in their assignments e.g. value chain studies strategic documents and/or design other analytical frameworks
- To create a governance framework for the local community and womens enterprise
- To prepare SOPs and reporting templates for stakeholders
- To structure training and skill development programs
- Support other crossfunctional teams in the achievement of program deliverables and multitask on internal deliverables to support senior management
- Help promote the Program and TechnoServes work with immediate and related stakeholders through creation and dissemination of a variety of communication collateral and knowledge presentations.
- write publishable case studies/social media posts for the program
- Along with the TechnoServe team bring learnings from past TechnoServe successes and proven best practices to the program implementation.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
This role calls for an intrinsically motivated and passionate individual looking to work in a crossfunctional role for program research proposal writing design and development of ongoing and new projects in India. Preferred skills include:
- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration Economics Liberal Studies or similar discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a corporate or development sector with a keenness to work on poverty related challenges facing agriculture and rural and microentrepreneurs in India.
- Excellent Structured report writing long content writing data analysis and evaluation skills and large data management.
- Should be familiar with high level written communication Intermediate to Advanced Excel PowerPoint with good communication skills written and oral and the ability to build convincing argument.
- Ability to understand and work on different business models
- Should have excellent MS Excel skills and Communication tools like CANVA and should have the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into consumable information
- Should have a selflearning attitude towards understanding and improving programs data capture mon itoring and reporting systems and enhancing efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team spread across diverse geographies and to deliver in a time bound program
- Willingness to travel in nonmetro project locations as and when
