Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a PC Technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting intermediatelevel hardware and software.
Position: FullTime
Location: Gold Stike Casino Tunica MS
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install upgrade and repair desktop systems.
Add user workstations to the network and user applications to workstations.
Troubleshoot client issues and monitor the help desk queue.
Maintain all support of POS printers hardware and assorted peripherals and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Perform intermediatelevel hardware/software troubleshooting.
Ensure the computer room is kept clean and orderly.
Perform other jobrelated duties as requested.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two 2 years of personal computer repair and installations.
Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:
Able to obtain Gaming Permit as required by Jurisdiction
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Able to effectively communicate in English in both written and verbal forms.
Ability to multitask and work well in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines with particular attention to detail.
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
