Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Massage Therapist you will consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
Position: PartTime
Salary: Commission Based
Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
Follow all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies.
Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols.
Promote and sell service treatments enhancements upgrades and retail products.
Perform other jobrelated duties as requested.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
One 1 year of guest service experience.
One 1 year of experience as a massage therapist in a spa or salon environment.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:
License from Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Able to effectively communicate in English in both written and verbal forms.
Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills.
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
Maintain a professional neat and wellgroomed appearance adhering to company standards.
