You will join a team of 17 highly skilled colleagues. Our purpose is to drive improvements within our operations and quality management in close collaboration with our factories and colleagues spanning from Regulatory Affairs to development of new digital solutions and technologies to improve customer experience gain efficiencies increase throughput and ensure a strong continuous improvement culture.
In this highly visible role you will be responsible for setting the direction and driving quality improvements and enhancing customer experience across our organization. You will work closely with our factories and crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Further you will be the ROCKWOOL representative in the EUCEB board.
You have excellent communication and influencing skills allowing you to collaborate with colleagues at different levels. Moreover you have powerful analytical and critical thinking skills you thrive at the shop floor as well as with senior management and you naturally push for optimizations wherever possible. Also you have excellent intercultural competencies and the flexibility to travel 3050 days a year within Denmark and internationally.
