What youll bring to the team

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive innovative dataled marketing campaigns that boost consumer demand increase revenue and enhance the guest experience at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. This role is offered on a 12month fixedterm contract to cover parental leave.

As part of the Marketing Business Partner team youll collaborate closely with operational teams at LEGOLAND Windsor ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively executed and aligned with the unique character of the Resort. From bricktastic events like the LEGO Festival to exciting seasonal moments and new attraction launches youll play a key role in delivering campaigns that bring our Resort to life for families across the UK and beyond.

Youll also work within a matrix team partnering with specialists across Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Brand Content Partnerships Corporate Affairs Strategy & Commercial and Revenue Management to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support commercial goals and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compelling multichannel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives ensuring seamless across digital social traditional and experiential marketing.

  • Lead the strategic development and promotion of key events and Resort moments including the LEGO Festival Halloween Christmas and other highimpact campaigns throughout the year.

  • Adapt global marketing strategies for local markets ensuring campaigns resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with the Brand team to align marketing efforts with global brand frameworks ensuring consistency across all guest touchpoints.

  • Use market research customer behaviour data and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Partner with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing teams to drive traffic engagement and conversions across digital platforms.

  • Monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance providing datadriven insights to optimise ROI.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop media plans activation strategies and marketing assets that drive business success.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in marketing ideally within the entertainment hospitality tourism or retail industries.
  • Ability to develop innovative customercentric marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a talent for stakeholder management.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform marketing strategy and decisionmaking.
  • Understanding of how marketing drives business performance and revenue growth.
  • A guestfirst approach to marketing with a drive to create unforgettable experiences.
