As an Equipment Finance Territory Manager in Capital Advisory Solutions you are primarily responsible for identifying structuring pricing and closing complex finance transactions for existing bank clients and prospects across the assigned territory.
Equipment Finance works with clients in all lines of business within the Commercial Bank to provide customized equipment financing solutions. We have extensive knowledge covering a widerange of asset types including but not limited to trucking manufacturing medical aircraft rail and marine. Equipment Finance provides taxadvantaged and conventional equipment financing solutions including but not limited to: True Lease; Customized fixed and floating rate loans including taxexempt options; Conditional Sales Agreement; Terminal Rental Adjustment Clause (TRAC) Lease; and Synthetic Lease.
