- Ensurerequisitionsareprocessedproperly andplacedindesignated areas.
- Labelanddateallproducts toensuresafekeepingand sanitation.
- Maintainknowledgeunderstandingandpreparationofbasesauces stocksandsoups.
- Ensurefoodquality issuperiorandtakeaction tocorrectany irregularities.
- Communicatewithmanagementandservicestaffinordertofulfill andaddressanyissuesorneedsrequested byguests and employees.
- AssisttheExecutiveChefbycontrollingpurchasingreceivingpurveyor listsandinventoryofallkitchen items.
- Prepareandadministerkitchenschedule.
- AssistExecutiveChefbyestablishinggoalsandobjectivesthatfocusonprofitproduct andpeople.
- Performotherjobrelateddutiesasrequested.
QualificationsMINIMUMREQUIREMENTS:- Highschooldiploma or equivalent.
- Two(2)yearsofexperiencein a highvolume restaurant production.
- Workvariedshifts includingweekendsandholidays.
PREFERRED:- One 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant environment.
- Experienceworkinginasimilar resortsetting.
CERTIFICATIONSLICENSES ANDREGISTRATIONS:KNOWLEDGESKILLS ANDABILITIES:- Knowledgeoflargeproductionkitchen equipment.
- KnowledgeofF&B preparationandpresentation.
- Applyadvancedknifeskillsrequired forservice.
