In partnership with the Rehabilitation Hospital our organization is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industryleading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.
This position supports patients in South Haven and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college/university
- Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of one year healthcare experience
- Current drivers license and ability to spend 20 of your day driving to/from patient locations
- A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
- The skills needed to selfmanage your time and schedule
- Demonstrated experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software
